My background was in learning about machines (I have an Engineering degree), however my fascination has always been about humans and culture. After graduation, I went into the business of people, which led me to a career of talent development in Google and Amazon for the past ten years. From working with countless fresh grads to leaders & execs, it is never the skills or ranks that affirms your identity, but the quality and value that withstand testing. There I found myself the most fulfilled in enabling others to defy what they once thought impossible. I learnt leaders exercise strong discernment and compassion, not titles.
