What is it about
How we make sense of our feelings shapes our experience, memory, relationships, and the way we view the world. However in the universe of feelings, it is not always easy to put words to what is happening to us.
Naming our emotions is critical in understanding our experience in life and find meanings in our stories.
It does not erase how we feel, but the right language can offer immediate relief from the tight grip of the feelings and put them into perspective. It is a powerful move for us to take charge again and start processing.
In this series, we would explore a range of emotion topics from self-identity and connections to communication and performance, in hope to expand our emotion vocabulary, bust cultural & societal myths, and review emotions in granularity.
What to expect
This is a guided thinking workshop series where you can expect to reflect, think and contribute actively.
